Note:
- 18% GST applicable on above mentioned rates. (9% CGST & 9% Gujarat GST).
- ALL the sightseeing will remain closed every MONDAY for tourist.
- Pick-up / drop from Kevadiya Railway Station on SIC Basis on prior request only at our scheduled timings.
- All Sightseeing & transfers are on Seat-In-Coach Basis.
- Rates on single occupancy basis will be 75% of the basic cost (75% of double occupancy amount).
- In case of triple occupancy, any person above 6 yrs. of age will be charged as extra person.
- Maximum Occupancy Per cottages is 3 Persons only.
- Itineraries and arranged sightseeing are subject to change at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
- All Shows & Entry Tickets are subject to availability
- In case of late arrival at the tent city, guests will not be entitled for missed meals or other activities.
- Children till 6 years of age are complimentary for Stay, but sightseeing ticket charges need to be paid extra.
Cancellation and Amendment Policy
- 90% refund if cancelled before 20 days of scheduled arrival.
- 50% refund if cancelled before 10 days of scheduled arrival (but less than 20 days)
- No refund if cancelled less than 10 days prior to scheduled arrival.
- Date Change charge shall be Rs. 750/- per guest (18% GST extra), subject to availability and/or any rate difference.
- Days for cancellation rule will be calculated excluding cancellation request day and Check-in day.
- Name Change will be treated as cancellation only.
